We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead IT infrastructure and managed services operations for a leading organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high availability and managing service delivery across critical IT environments.

 

???? Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• 7+ years in Managed Services / IT Operations

• Strong experience in ITIL-based service management environments

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure, servers, and cloud technologies

• Proven experience in SLA management and IT policy implementation

 

???? Preferred Certifications:

• PMP

• MCSA / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

• Microsoft Azure Administrator

• CCNA

• ITIL® 4 Foundation

 

???? Additional Requirements:

• Experience with ISO 27001 & ISO 20000

• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia will be preferred
