We Are Hiring – IT Help Desk

We are looking for an IT Help Desk to join our team and provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of all systems.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Maintain and support network devices.

- Handle and document daily technical incidents.

- Set up and configure new devices for employees.

- Support users with internal systems and applications.

Requirements :

-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (MUST have CCNA or CCNA+ knowledge)

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
