Salary: 14.000 20.000 AED per month

What you’ll do:

• Lead IT support operations and helpdesk teams

• Manage user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Oversee hardware, software, and network support

• Ensure system uptime and performance

• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams

Ideal profile:

• Strong experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
