**IT Help Desk (QMC-Related)
Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 0–2 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks)
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes
* Knowledge of quality standards and documentation practices (e.g., SOPs, ISO standards is a plus)
* Ability to follow and document processes accurately (important for audits and compliance)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills to support end users and coordinate with internal teams
* Attention to detail and ability to track issues and resolutions properly
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows OS, Office 365)

**2) Junior IT Help Desk – Infrastructure (1–3 Years of Experience)**

* Provide support for IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices

* Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
* Assist with system upgrades, backups, and security practices
