We are looking for a professional IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Abu Rawash, Giza.

???? Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain smooth IT operations.

???? Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk roles

- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills
