Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Overall project leadership

✔️ Risk management & operational continuity

✔️ Monitoring KPIs and service quality

✔️ Coordination with National Center & reporting

✔️ Team management & resource allocation

✔️ Managing escalations

???? Inbound Supervisor

???? Salary: Up to 15,000 SAR

????️ Language: Arabic (Mandatory)

???? Location: KSA (Candidates must be locally available)

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Managing inbound team

✔️ Monitoring KPIs & performance

✔️ Ensuring quality of responses

✔️ Handling complex cases

✔️ Task allocation & shift scheduling

✔️ Managing calling campaigns

✔️ Tracking closure rates

✔️ Executing outbound call plans
