Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and technical equipment.

Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic network administration.

Strong communication skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Detail-oriented, committed, and able to work effectively within a technical team environment.
