Lead IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

·Lead, mentor, and manage the technical team across development, infrastructure, security, and support functions.

·Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of software solutions and technology platforms.

·Ensure high standards of security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all systems.

·Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and competitiveness.

·Lead digital transformation initiatives to support operational excellence and business growth.

 

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

·4–5 years in IT Operations, Systems Engineering, or DevOps. 

· Experience maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for international clients, particularly in the Saudi/GCC market.

· Fluent in English (written and verbal) 

· Ability to work effectively within an international business culture.
