At Komandaz, we’re expanding our operations and looking for a Soft Services Manager to lead and elevate our on-ground service excellence.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing soft services operations, ensuring high-quality standards across sites, and leading teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing housekeeping, cleaning, and other soft services operations
• Supervising site teams and ensuring compliance with quality & HSE standards
• Handling client communication and service performance
• Improving processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with operations, HR, and management teams
