We are seeking for Service Desk Manager at HQ Emadeldin
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Service Desk operations and ensure SLAs are met
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service desk analysts
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
- Monitor performance metrics and drive service improvements
- Ensure ITIL best practices are followed across incident, problem, and request management
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance user experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Service Desk or IT Support management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
