Mobile Core Performance Engineer

      Job Title: Mobile Core Performance Engineer 

Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing Mobile Core Network performance across CS, PS, IMS, and IN domains to ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Core Network KPIs and performance (CS/PS/IMS/IN)

• Perform capacity audits, trend analysis, and forecast network growth

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for network degradations and performance issues

• Monitor international KPIs (NER, ASR, MOS, Jitter, Packet Loss, Delay)

• Prepare SLA, governance, and performance reports

• Support network dimensioning, upgrades, and expansion activities

• Configure and maintain performance statistical alarms

• Support special events planning (Hajj, Ramadan, etc.)

• Develop reports and dashboards using ENIQ, Business Objects, and performance tools

 

???? Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Ericsson Mobile Core Performance

• Core nodes: MSC, MGW, STP, IMS, SGSN, MME, GGSN, PGW, PCRF, IN (SDP, CCN, AIR, IVR)

• Signaling protocols: SS7, MAP, CAP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, Diameter

• Experience with ENIQ, ENM, Business Objects, Anritsu MasterClaw

• Strong SQL, Unix Shell scripting, and database analysis skills

• Knowledge of telecom interfaces and call flows (CS/PS/IMS/IN)

• Experience in KPI reporting, forecasting, and performance optimization

• BSc in Telecommunications Engineering or related field

• 2 years of experience in Mobile Core Performance
