Innovia IS is looking for VoIP Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team.

Requirements:

* Experience with Asterisk / Issabel PBX

* Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP troubleshooting

* Good understanding of Linux

* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, NAT, Firewall)

* Experience with GSM Gateways is a plus

* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
